INTRODUCTION

Every business needs some amount of employee safety training. Sometimes it is simple as basic office ergnomics and training on emergency exits. Other times, it includes much much more. The breadth of the safety training that your employees need is dependent on the tasks that they perform for their respective jobs. This E-learning modules has 12 different topics which can be selected based on the requirements of your safety training program. Each of the 12 modules is presented as an interactive mini-game which allows participants the opportunity to experience training much different than what they are accustomed to.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

– Describe the regulations and guidelines that are used to manage the safety program

– Identify the components of the IIPP – Recite each employee’s responsibilities in safety

– Determine risks of injury and identify how to reduce those risks when working each day
